Shipping Policy – Yava Ayurveda

At Yava Ayurveda, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, quickly, and discreetly across India.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across all serviceable pin codes in India through our trusted courier partners. Delivery availability depends on courier service coverage in your location.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day. Prepaid orders are dispatched faster, while Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require confirmation before dispatch.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes:
Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Other cities and towns: 3–5 business days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier service and location. Delays may occur due to courier disruptions, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available across India on all orders. There is no minimum order value required for free delivery.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via SMS or email along with a tracking number and tracking link. If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours after placing your order, please contact our support team.

6. Delivery Delays or Unserviceable Locations

If your area is temporarily unserviceable, our team will contact you. The order may be cancelled and refunded if delivery is not possible. Yava Ayurveda is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or events beyond our control.

7. Missed Deliveries

If delivery attempts fail due to customer unavailability, courier partners may attempt delivery again. Orders returned due to failed delivery attempts may require additional shipping charges for re-dispatch. Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible pin codes. Orders may require confirmation before dispatch. Orders that are not confirmed may be cancelled.

9. International Shipping

Currently, Yava Ayurveda ships only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
