Refund Policy – Yava Ayurveda

At Yava Ayurveda, we want you to feel confident while shopping with us. Since our products fall under food and wellness categories, returns are accepted only in limited situations. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
You received a wrong product, or
The product arrived damaged or defective

Conditions for approval:
Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
Product must remain unused and in original packaging
A complete unboxing video is mandatory showing the issue clearly from opening of the package
Product must not be tampered with or consumed

Requests made after 3 days or without an unboxing video will not be approved.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
Opened or used products
Products consumed partially or fully
Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
Orders returned without original packaging
Returns requested without a valid reason

As these are food and wellness products, returns are restricted for safety and hygiene reasons.

3. Return Request Process

To request a return:
Contact our support team within 3 days of delivery
Share your order number, issue details, and complete unboxing video
Our team will review and approve the request if eligible
Return pickup or self-shipping instructions will be shared

Return shipping method may vary based on service availability in your location.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only if:
Wrong product was delivered, or
Product arrived damaged or defective

Conditions:
Request must be made within 3 days of delivery
Exchange is subject to stock availability
Only one exchange request per order is allowed
Unboxing video is mandatory

5. Refund Process

Once returned items are received and inspected:

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
Refund processing time is 8–15 business days after approval
For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI
Refund is issued only after product inspection approval

Refunds will not be issued if:
Product shows signs of use
Packaging is missing or damaged
The claimed issue is not verified
Mandatory video proof is not provided

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

To cancel, contact support immediately. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Refunds for prepaid cancelled orders are processed within 1–2 working days.

Repeated cancellations may lead to restrictions on future orders.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Contact support within 24 hours of delivery
Provide an unboxing video showing the issue
Replacement or refund will be provided after verification

Requests without video proof cannot be approved.
